Return & Refund
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
YoloAnime accepts an order cancellation before the product is shipped, you will get a full refund immediately.
If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received and inspected the item(s) back from you. After it is approved, we will process refunds within 10 business days. Please note that shipping fees for both delivery and returns will be deducted from the refund amount.
To be eligible for a refund, returned ITEMS MUST BE IN NEW, RESALABLE condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached. The product cannot have been used. We reserve the right to deny a refund for any returned item that is no longer in new condition, in its original packaging, or is damaged, missing any labels, instructions, or has stains.
Please do not return the product right away to the manufacturer and our office address.
Please send an email to vavayan2333@gmail.com and get our agreement before you return the good. We will reply your email in 2 working days and more details may be required before we agree the return or the refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Notice for returns
The package needs to come back with the original receipt of the purchase.
1. You need to provide proof of purchase by email to contact us. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 7 days from when the original order was received.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition with no scratches or signs of wear, no stains on the product, and it must not have been resized or altered in any way.
4. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
5. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has to track it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

7. If the merchandise returned causes the original order sub-total to fall below the $45 threshold for free shipping, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
